For this reason, all kinds of personal data of all parties related with to SELLER (including people who benefit from our products and services) shall be processed and preserved in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Personal Data Protection. (referred to as “KVKK”) We carry out this responsibility as a “Data Supervisor” within the framework of the limits as specified below and in accordance with the legislation:

 

  1. Name, surname, e-mail address, identification number, demographic data, financial data etc. information belong to BUYER which can be defined as personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Personal Data Protection, can be recorded indefinitely / temporary, kept, stored / used in written / magnetic archives, can be updated, shared, transferred, and can be processed in other ways by the SELLER, SELLER’s affiliates and third parties and/or organizations for, to take orders, to provide products and services, to develop products and services, to solve systematic problems, to perform payment transactions, -in case of prior approval- to be used in marketing activities about orders, products and services, to update the information of the BUYER and to manage and maintain the membership and for the purpose of execution of the distance sales agreement and other agreements established between the BUYER and the SELLER and to ensure that third parties perform technical, logistical and other similar functions on behalf of the SELLER.
  2. Collected personal data shall be processed through all kinds of methods (branches, internet, etc.) in accordance with the conditions specified in the KVKK written, oral and / or electronic platform with the purposes of, to do operations required by our business units in order to benefit from the products and services offered by the SELLER, Ensuring the legal and commercial security of the persons who are in contact with the SELLER, determining and implementing the commercial strategies of the SELLER, executing the human resources activities of the SELLER to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, public authorities and private individuals authorized by law.
  3. If you -as a personal data owner- submit your requests related to your rights to the SELLER in accordance with the information given in the form of this information letter and the express consent form, your request will be finalized within thirty days at the latest according to the quality of your request. But, if this transaction requires a cost, the fee will be charged by the SELLER at the tariff of the Personal Data Protection Agency.
  4.
